Rayla Delanova is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter making music under the name Delanova. After deciding that music was her path of creative expression, she created a solid musical foundation with three years of bass lessons at the Silverlake Conservatory of Music. While her primary instrument is the bass, she also plays guitar and synth, as well as producing and arranging her own songs. She is constantly acquiring new skills to bring her musical vision to life.

As a Los Angeles native, a favorite childhood activity was going to the summer concerts at the Santa Monica Pier, where she saw performances by legends like Patti Smith and Lee Scratch Perry. Some of her influences include Blonde Redhead, Broadcast, and Massive Attack.

As a touring musician, she did two tours with Poppy Jean Crawford, the second cut short by the start of the pandemic, and is currently playing bass in Sam Blasucci’s (Mapache) solo project, and SadGirl.

Delanova is seeking a booking agent and distribution of her unreleased album Kil-Kare.

All songs written, performed, arranged, and produced by Rayla Delanova. Mixed by Norm Block.
